These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and won555 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the won555 website located at https://won555.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

won555 operates an online casino, sportsbook, and entertainment platform. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the won555 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account held by a Player on the won555 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or any non-cashable incentive credited to an Account by won555, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment verification process required by won555 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the won555 website, including all pages, games, betting markets, account management tools, and support interfaces accessible at https://won555.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player's Account to an external payment method owned by the Player.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the won555 platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on won555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. won555 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all gambling activities on the platform, consistent with internationally recognised standards for online casino and sports betting operations.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities for commercial purposes is not permitted.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where accessing the platform would constitute a breach of applicable law.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of won555 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software partners.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
6. You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from won555 or any affiliated platform.
7. You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the won555 platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2  Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (including city — for example Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam), email address, and contact number. won555 is not responsible for issues arising from the provision of inaccurate registration data.

4.3  KYC Documentation. Prior to processing any Withdrawal, won555 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet showing your name). Additional documentation may be requested at won555's discretion.

4.4  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify won555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.5  Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, assigning, or otherwise transferring an Account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

5.1  Platform Access. won555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, display, scrape, or create derivative works from any platform content.

5.2  Permitted Use. You may use the platform only for placing bets and wagers, accessing casino games, managing your Account, depositing and withdrawing funds, and communicating with customer support — all in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.3  Technical Requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and software are compatible with the won555 platform. won555 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures on your end, including but not limited to internet disconnections during live betting sessions or casino game rounds.

5.4  Service Availability. While won555 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. won555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

6.1  Accepted Payment Methods. won555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). won555 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2  Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. Players in the Gold VIP tier may benefit from elevated transaction limits as communicated by their account manager.

6.3  Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing times and not contractual guarantees.

6.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. won555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any Withdrawal is approved. won555 reserves the right to apply additional security checks for Withdrawals above RM10,000.

6.5  No Money Laundering. The won555 platform must not be used as a financial instrument or conduit for money laundering or any other illegal activity. Depositing funds without any genuine intention to gamble is prohibited. Accounts suspected of such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and any relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities as required by law.

7.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers extended by won555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which are published at the time of the offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier varies by promotion — for example, the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement, while the 100% Standard Bonus carries a 10x requirement. The wagering requirement figure is calculated on the Bonus amount only, not on the total account balance.

7.3  Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. won555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or void bonus winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms.

7.4  Minimum Deposit for Bonuses. A minimum deposit of RM30 to RM50 (as specified in each promotion) is required to qualify for a welcome bonus. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for bonus qualification — this will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.

7.5  Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

8.1  Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on won555 are subject to acceptance by the platform. won555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion — including but not limited to cases of system error, manifest pricing mistakes, or suspected match manipulation.

8.2  Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement.

8.3  Odds and Results. Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final. All sporting results used to settle bets will be determined by reference to the official competition result as published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) for Liga Super Malaysia, or the Premier League for EPL fixtures.

8.4  Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., a Liga Super Malaysia match priced at a clearly incorrect decimal), won555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. This applies equally to casino games affected by technical errors.

8.5  RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on won555 use certified and independently audited software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by the respective game providers. won555 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the won555 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identities).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system through coordinated or systematic exploitation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that have been legitimately staked and lost.

10.1  Suspension by won555. won555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

10.2  Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting won555 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, your remaining real money Balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.3  Self-Exclusion Closure. Accounts closed via the self-exclusion tool (available on the Responsible Gambling page) are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement can be requested. won555 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously and will not circumvent self-exclusion requests.

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, won555 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11.2  won555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3  won555 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform. All gambling activities carry inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk.

All content on the won555 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and proprietary software — is the intellectual property of won555 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from won555.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by won555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to won555's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights to data access, correction, or deletion by contacting our support team.

won555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer deposit limits, session time alerts, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools to all registered Players. These tools are available at no cost through your Account dashboard or by contacting our live support team.

16.1  These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which won555 operates.

16.2  In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the won555 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through won555's internal complaints process by contacting our customer support team. won555 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.

16.3  If an internal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as specified by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
